And it is with pure joy that bookings are now open to join Breathe… an 8 week online container for Women.

In all the beauty and chaos that life has placed in front of us, we often forget who we are or once were.

I see you trying to be and do it all because its our ‘job’ or our chosen pathway but over time, there is also burnout and tiredness ~ overwhelm, imbalance, exhaustion, shame, anxiety, regret, resentfulness and possibly even anger. We give so much to our children, families, community and workplaces that we often feel like we are ‘falling apart’ ~ but the Mother in us, keeps going… because, that’s what we do!

I whole-heartedly see you, I hear you and I am here to walk beside you as you journey back to your Self. The parts that you perhaps placed aside when you become a Mother or Other on this earth walk.

Let’s’ go back to Her…Let’s remember who she was before life arrived and carved out a person that you don’t recognise anymore or perhaps wish to change in some way.

This is an 8 week online sacred space for Women.

8 weeks of Holistic Counsel and loving support as you immerse in tender loving presence and gentle compassion for Self,

90 minute weekly gathering via Zoom. There will be a replay each week sent via email if you are unable to make the LIVE call, so you can immerse whenever feels most aligned for you…

Our 8 weeks together will follow 2 complete Moon Cycles and will begin at Ostara (Spring Equinox) which is a beautiful time to plant the seeds of change!

Each week, we will immerse in different offerings through Moon Energy, Wisdom, Story Telling, Holistic Counsel, Meditation, Sound Journeys, Crystal Connection, Chakra Balancing, Ancestral Healing and bringing the sacred back in through Ceremony & Ritual, you will be filled to the brim with re-discovering ways to find calm amongst the chaos, beauty amongst the fullness and recalibration amongst routine…

Each month, we will journey intimately into the Heart Space (month 1) and the Solar Plexus (month 2)~ The Pink and the Gold ~ from Maiden to Mother… where we journey back to Her. Re-discovering JOY as we flow with LOVE

First Circle ~ September 23rd at 10am ACST

Completes Monday November 11th + bonus Moon Ceremony on Saturday November 16th for the Taurus Full Moon @11am (ACDT)

Exchange 𓍯 $444 (over 8 weeks + bonus Full Moon ceremony, this will equate to just $49 per session! ~ so its a wonderful way to begin (or continue) to journey.
