a 1:1 Heart Connection Call is the place to begin (or continue) your healing journey. We will connect online via Zoom and this is a beautiful space to arrive into, exactly as you are. You will receive a short grounding meditation to begin and then, this is your time to share what is present and the area’s that are seeking healing support ~ or the pathway you seek for Mentorship as you reveal all the beautiful layers that await you and the rise into your own divine essence!

You are held in sacred & Holistic Counsel. You are invited to create a quiet place for yourself during our time together ~ so that you can really anchor in and receive all that you need. Together, we will begin to identify the parts that are holding you back (or are now ready) to reach your truest vision and highest living & create an openness on your journey forward. Tears and an open heart are welcome…
